Find out how working with us allows you to strengthen core competencies in an environment that is centered around providing superior service to our customers.Roles, Responsibilities and Essential Functions:Perform inventory cycle counts at multiple warehouse locationsAbility to type detailed information into databaseRead and interpret documents (i.e., invoices, shipping labels, BOL’s, etc…)Evaluate datasets for consistency, completeness, accuracy, and reasonablenessEvaluate and research inventory discrepancies and make necessary adjustments in the company databaseGenerate data reports on periodic basis for management and customersMaintain logs and databases for inventory accuracyCreate and update warehouse mapping systemCoordinate with the warehouse team for inbound / receiving inventory Communicating with cross-functional teamsOther general office administrative / customer service dutiesWILL PROVIDE TRAININGKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Must be computer / tech savvy (technical experience with computers and computer software)Intermediate knowledge with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets2+ Years in Inventory / Cycle counting or related fieldReliable form of transportation (Some travel required)An open schedule (Some Saturdays shifts and/or overtime will be required)Strong Attention to DetailExcellent Organizational SkillsStrong Written and Verbal Communication SkillsMust be able to lift 40+ lbsWillingness to help in all aspects / departmentsDrone Piloting / Flying (Not required, but a plus)Forklift Operating (Not required, but a plus)WILL PROVIDE TRAININGPerks/Benefits!Health InsurancePTO/Paid Holidays401K (matching)Employee Discounts on Cosmo ProductsOpportunities for Growth and AdvancementSchedule: Monday – Friday (Some Saturday shift required/Sliding shift schedule) 8 Hour Shift (Some overtime required)
