Let'sbuild brands together.POSITION OVERVIEWWe are seeking an exceptional analytics leader to define and drive our analytics and insights vision across the organization. This role will be responsible for establishing the strategic direction for how we measure, understand, and communicate brand performance to our clients. The Director of Analytics & Insights will lead a team of specialized analysts and insights managers, setting the standard for data-driven decision-making and creating the infrastructure that enables our organization to showcase opportunities and deliver measurable results.This role requires deep expertise in ecommerce measurement with particular emphasis on digital advertising and upper funnel media performance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC), Amazon's Omnichannel Metrics, category management, and advanced analytics tools that drive brand growth insights. This leader will be responsible for not only defining what we measure but how we tell the story of brand building through data.RESPONSIBILITIESHelp define, implement and advance the organization's growthPartner with our Tech Platform team on the evaluation and implementation of analytics tools and platforms that enable sophisticated measurement and compelling data visualizationDrive innovation in measurement approaches, staying ahead of industry trends and Amazon platform evolution to maintain competitive advantageAmazon Advertising & Measurement ExpertiseNourish a direct relationship with Amazon's analytics and insights teams, staying informed of new and noteworthy measurement products and opportunities for Amazon/agency/advertiser collaboration.Serve as the organization's expert on Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC), developing advanced measurement frameworks that demonstrate advertising effectiveness across the customer journeyDesign and implement measurement strategies for Amazon's Omnichannel Metrics, connecting digital advertising to retail outcomes and brand health indicatorsDevelop sophisticated approaches to upper funnel media measurement, demonstrating the connection between awareness/consideration efforts and downstream conversionCreate frameworks that help brands understand the full spectrum of data points that contribute to brand building, from awareness metrics to customer lifetime valueData ReportingOversee the development and maintenance of standardized dashboard and reporting frameworks that enable consistent, efficient performance evaluation years of progressive analytics and insights experience, with at least 7 years in leadership roles building and managing analytics teamsDeep expertise in digital advertising measurement, with specific knowledge of Amazon Advertising platforms, tools, and metricsDemonstrated mastery of Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC), including query development, audience insights, and attribution modelingExtensive knowledge of Amazon's Omnichannel Metrics and how to leverage them for comprehensive brand performance measurementStrong foundation in ecommerce analytics encompassing category management, retail operations, brand health, and customer behaviorProven track record developing measurement frameworks that help brands understand performance holistically, from awareness to retentionExperience with upper funnel media measurement and connecting awareness/consideration efforts to business outcomesBachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Business, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree (MBA, MS) strongly preferredTechnical SkillsExpert-level proficiency in data visualization platforms (Tableau, Looker, or similar enterprise BI tools)Advanced SQL skills for complex data manipulation and analysisProficiency with statistical analysis tools (R, Python, or similar) for advanced analytical workDeep familiarity with Amazon's suite of analytics tools including Brand Analytics, Vendor/Seller Central reports, Advertising Console, and AMCExperience with additional enhanced analytics platforms (e.g., Helium 10, Skai, DataHawk, or similar tools)Understanding of data engineering
