Lead Teacher, Preschool and Child Care (must have degree or CDA)

Provide loving care to the children enrolled in our programs. Meet the intellectual, social, emotional, physical, and spiritual needs of the children in our school community. Create a safe and inviting environment. Plan and implement daily activities to support our curriculum. Effectively manage a classroom of 15 - 20 children with an assistant. Establish strong relationships with parents and families through diplomatic and thoughtful communication. Participate in professional growth and development. Collaborate with colleagues. Maintain an organized classroom, activity plans, records, and approach to responsibilities. Follow the philosophy, policies, rules, and regulations of Beech Tree House Center for Child Development, Inc. Hours are 8:00-1:00 and 2:30-5:30 Monday-Friday.
