Our projects include transportation, utilities, pipelines, and industrial layout where tolerances are tight and expectations are high.What You’ll Do:• Lead field crews on construction and industrial layout projects• Perform high-precision layout where alignment and repeatability matter• Establish and maintain control networks for multi-phase construction• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and engineers• Identify and resolve field issues before they become problemsWhat We’re Looking For:• Strong experience (3 to 5 years) in construction layout and field operations• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects• Understanding of control, tolerances, and field accuracy• Proficiency with Trimble GPS, robotics, and conventional survey methods• Professional communication in the field and with clientsValid driver's license is required.
