Unit Notes - Hiring Process: Profile Review: Profile Review with MedSol Clinical, Interview with Unit manager at facility - Radius: 60 MILES, DL must be submitted - Week of orientation: Please ensure clinicians are in state for week of orientation even if first day modules are remote Unit OR RN - SCG # Suites 4 OR's, 1 GI Endoscopy Room Average # of cases per day 10 Required Certifications (i.e., BLS, ACLS?) BLS Common Cases robot/lap chole, hernia, appys, basic ortho, gyn, podiatry Experience or 'Must have' skills Robot and GI experience preferred Scrubbing required - RN's No Charge Nurse/House Supervisor Yes we have both, No this person will not have to work in that role OR techs We staff at least 1 OR tech and 1 FA (for most cases) in each case EMR Epic Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?) , Monday-Friday.
