Physical Therapist Location: Sumter, SC Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,446 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 5/4/2026 About the Position Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: Outpatient Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: 1 year minimum experience required License: State PT Licensure from the Board of PT Examiners or PT Compact Commission required Certifications: BLS, Dry Needling, Manual Therapy, Hand Therapy, Wound Care Must-Have: Outpatient experience required; rehabilitation hospital experience preferred Description: State PT Licensure from the Board of PT Examiners or PT Compact Commission is required. Monday to Thursday, hours are 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM with a one-hour lunch from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. Friday hours are 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM with no lunch break. Total of 40 hours per week is expected. Daily workload is 10 to 12 patients. Lifting and transfer skillset is required. First-time travelers are accepted. Teal scrubs are required. The facility accepts travelers who meet experience and skill requirements. The role involves working with patients experiencing general weakness, balance deficits, difficulty walking, and more. The rehabilitation team assists patients in gaining functionality and returning to their community setting. Candidates should be flexible and willing to float to units as needed.
