Adobe Forms Interactive Communications (IC) DeveloperLocation: Hybrid 2 to 3 days onsite through nearby Sapient OfficeContract: Long termJob Summary:We are looking for an experienced Adobe Forms Interactive Communications (IC) Developer with strong hands-on experience in AEM Forms Interactive Communications and AEM development. The ideal candidate will have expertise in building IC templates, fragments, Form Data Models, REST integrations, data binding, rules, and print/web experiences.The candidate should also have strong AEM development experience with HTL, Sling Models, OSGi services, Core Components, Content Fragments, GraphQL, and Adobe Cloud Manager.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop AEM Forms Interactive Communications solutions for print and web channels.Build and configure Interactive Communications building blocks, including:TemplatesFragmentsThemesCharts and tablesRulesData bindingsConfigure REST data sources and develop Form Data Models (FDM).Create and manage test data for FDM and Interactive Communications.Develop print templates using AEM Forms Designer/XDP.Develop and configure editable templates for web-based Interactive Communications.Implement business rules and conditional logic using the Interactive Communications Rule Editor.Integrate Interactive Communications with backend and enterprise applications through REST APIs.Ensure solutions meet requirements for security, accuracy, performance, scalability, and accessibility.Work closely with AEM Forms administrators on Forms add-on installation, configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting.Develop custom AEM components using HTL/Sightly, Sling Models, OSGi services, and Servlets.Extend and customize AEM Core Components, including proxy components, JSON export, content policies, and component versioning.Develop Content Fragments and implement headless delivery using GraphQL.Configure GraphQL endpoints, queries, and persisted queries.Support AEM deployments using Adobe Cloud Manager and CI/CD pipelines.Troubleshoot AEM applications using Developer Console, logs, OSGi configurations, bundles, and servlets.Collaborate with architects, developers, administrators, QA teams, and business stakeholders.Required Skills:AEM Forms / Interactive CommunicationsHands-on experience with Adobe AEM Forms Interactive Communications.Strong experience with IC templates and fragments.Experience with Form Data Models (FDM).Experience configuring REST data sources and data integrations.Experience with data binding and test data creation.Experience implementing business logic using the Interactive Communications Rule Editor.Hands-on experience with AEM Forms Designer and XDP for print templates.Experience creating/editing web-based Interactive Communications templates.Understanding of Interactive Communications and legacy Correspondence Management.AEM Development:Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).Experience with:HTL/SightlySling ModelsOSGi ServicesServletsJCRJavaStrong experience with AEM Core Components.Experience extending/customizing Core Components.Knowledge of:Proxy component patternsJSON ExportContent PoliciesComponent versioningEditable TemplatesHeadless AEM:Experience with Content Fragments and Content Fragment Models.Strong knowledge of AEM GraphQL.Experience with:GraphQL endpointsQueriesPersisted queriesHeadless content deliveryCloud / DevOps:Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service.Hands-on experience with Adobe Cloud Manager.Experience with CI/CD pipelines and AEM deployments.Experience working with multiple AEM environments.Experience using AEM Developer Console for troubleshooting.Ability to troubleshoot OSGi bundles, services, servlets, configurations, and deployment issues.
