The Litigation Paralegal will provide essential support to attorneys in managing cases from initiation to resolution. Daily responsibilities include preparing legal documents, reviewing case materials, conducting legal research, assisting with pleadings, drafting motions, and ensuring all filings meet court deadlines. The position requires diligent communication and collaboration with attorneys, clients, and external parties.QualificationsProficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Document ReviewExperience conducting thorough Legal Research to support case strategiesAbility to draft and manage Pleadings and Motions effectivelyStrong organizational and time-management skills to maintain case deadlinesExceptional attention to detail and accuracy in workProficient in legal software and standard office toolsBachelor's degree preferredPrior experience in personal injury or litigation law is highly advantageous
