Now Hiring: High School Instructional Facilitator for Mathematics (2 Positions)Location: Deer Park Independent School DistrictStart Date: 2026–2027 School YearPosition Type: Instructional / ProfessionalSalary: Per 2026–2027 Instructional/Professional Hiring ScheduleDeer Park ISD is seeking an experienced and passionate High School Instructional Facilitators for Mathematics to support high-quality instruction, improve student outcomes, and strengthen collaborative professional learning across our secondary math program.?? Position OverviewThe Instructional Facilitator for Mathematics partners with teachers, campus leaders, and district leadership to enhance math instruction through coaching, curriculum alignment, data-driven decision-making, and professional learning. This role is ideal for a highly effective math educator who is ready to lead, coach, and influence instructional practice at scale.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Director of Mathematics and campus/district leaders to plan, implement, evaluate, and refine high school mathematics curriculum and instruction.Support teachers in designing rigorous, TEKS-aligned lessons, materials, and assessments aligned to district expectations.Build strong coaching relationships through classroom observation, modeling lessons, co-planning, and reflective feedbackOrient and support new mathematics teachers regarding curriculum, policies, and instructional expectations.Analyze assessment data (benchmarks, CBAs, bundle assessments, EOCs) to inform instructional planning and targeted interventions.Plan and support Accelerated Instruction for students who did not meet EOC standards.Facilitate and support Math Professional Learning Teams (PLTs) using the PLC model.Design and lead professional learning experiences to strengthen instructional practices across campuses.Stay current with best practices in mathematics instruction, coaching, and instructional leadership.Perform other duties as assigned by the Department of Instruction.QualificationsValid Texas certification in High School MathematicsBachelor's degree in mathematics or a closely related fieldMinimum of 5 years of successful high school mathematics teaching experience (preferred)Master's degree or advanced coursework in mathematics or instructional leadership (preferred)Strong expertise in curriculum, assessment, data analysis, and instructional coachingExcellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skillsApply at dpisd.org.J-18808-Ljbffr
