Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Installer Technician

This is a unique position as we are slowly going in house with our HVAC installs Currently we are outsourcing our work. Right now we're doing upwards of 80-100 installs a year and companies are unable to keep up with our installs. We're a manufactured housing dealership and most of what we do is new. We do have some used but everything will be a clean & pretty simple install No low crawlspaces/wet/nasty So we're looking to hire someone knowledgeable enough that we can setup in a truck & do basic installs 90% of the job will be installing the condenser unit to the home All of the parts are already in a kit & every job is pretty well the same There are about 10-15 jobs a year where duct work and crossovers will need to be finished on modular homes (All of the board is already made. Just needs hung & taped) In some cases there will be repairs needed for furnaces or condenser units through our factories (I.E- Gas leak/faulty boards/etc) Any tools needed for the job we will provide This job can be 5 days a week or 4 with Monday or Fridays off Musts: Valid drivers license Knowledgeable on HVAC Experience in the field Able to lift 75lbs+ Communication skills as you will have to do some talking to customers They are extremely important to them so if you don't have patience then do not apply Installs are pretty straightforward 4 blocks under ABS pab Condenser unit Line set Disconnect in some cases Breaker May be some homes that the furnace orifice has to be switched from Nat.
