Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Installer Technician
This is a unique position as we are slowly going in house with our HVAC installs
Currently we are outsourcing our work. Right now we're doing upwards of 80-100 installs a year and companies are unable to keep up with our installs. We're a manufactured housing dealership and most of what we do is new. We do have some used but everything will be a clean & pretty simple install
No low crawlspaces/wet/nasty
So we're looking to hire someone knowledgeable enough that we can setup in a truck & do basic installs
90% of the job will be installing the condenser unit to the home
All of the parts are already in a kit & every job is pretty well the same
There are about 10-15 jobs a year where duct work and crossovers will need to be finished on modular homes
(All of the board is already made. Just needs hung & taped)
In some cases there will be repairs needed for furnaces or condenser units through our factories (I.E- Gas leak/faulty boards/etc)
Any tools needed for the job we will provide
This job can be 5 days a week or 4 with Monday or Fridays off
Musts:
Valid drivers license
Knowledgeable on HVAC
Experience in the field
Able to lift 75lbs+
Communication skills as you will have to do some talking to customers
They are extremely important to them so if you don't have patience then do not apply
Installs are pretty straightforward
