Job Summary: Seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise data and analytics solutions using Snowflake, AWS, and Python. The ideal candidate will drive architecture strategy, solution design, data modernization initiatives, and technical governance while partnering with business and engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing data platforms.

Key Responsibilities: Define and lead architecture for cloud-based data and analytics solutions. Design scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions using Snowflake, AWS, and Python. Establish data models, integration patterns, governance, security, and performance standards. Lead technical reviews, architecture decisions, and solution delivery. Guide engineering teams on best practices for data engineering, automation, and DevOps. Drive data platform modernization, optimization, and operational excellence. Collaborate with business, product, architecture, and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.

Required Skills: 12+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, or Solution Architecture. Strong expertise in Snowflake, AWS (S3, Glue, Lambda, EMR, Athena), and Python. Experience with ETL/ELT frameworks, enterprise data integration, and data governance. Strong understanding of cloud architecture, security, performance tuning, and data quality. Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and solution delivery experience.

Preferred: Healthcare or Health Insurance domain experience. Knowledge of Claims, Member, Provider, Clinical, or Care Management data. Snowflake and AWS certifications preferred.
