The Lead HVAC Installer will install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating and cooling equipment, ductwork, and related components. Responsibilities also include diagnosing system issues, implementing solutions, and ensuring compliance with all building codes and safety guidelines. The position involves managing installation projects, mentoring junior technicians, and providing outstanding customer service to ensure a seamless experience for our clients. Qualifications Proficient in HVAC installation, maintenance, and system diagnosticsStrong knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and equipmentAbility to read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and technical drawingsExperience with safety protocols, building codes, and compliance requirementsExcellent customer service and communication skillsProven ability to lead and mentor technical teams effectivelyStrong problem-solving and organizational skillsEPA certification and valid driver's license requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or licensed certification preferredExperience in residential and light commercial HVAC systems is a plus
