This full-time, on-site leadership role is responsible for overseeing the sales team, driving strategic sales initiatives, improving operational processes, and delivering consistent revenue growth across the wholesale division.This is a dual-role position that combines direct account management with overall wholesale sales leadership. The Sales Manager will personally manage and grow an assigned portfolio of wholesale accounts while also overseeing the performance, development, and health of the entire Jess Lea wholesale customer database and sales organization.The ideal candidate is both a strategic leader and an active contributor — someone who can successfully balance personal sales responsibilities with team leadership, customer retention, operational management, and long-term business growth.
