Sr. Regional Inventory & Replenishment Manager

Title: Sr Regional Inventory Manager Location: Atlanta or Tennessee-based Hybrid: On-site 2–3 times per monthDuration: FTEThe Sr. Regional Inventory Manager (Sr. RIM) is responsible for leading inventory management strategy across Regions by partnering with regional sales, category management, DC teams, and field operations. This role serves as the primary regional inventory contact, overseeing $70–90M in inventory and supporting $250M+ in annual COGS, with a strong focus on forecasting accuracy, inventory optimization, and obsolescence control.Key ResponsibilitiesLead regional inventory and replenishment strategy to improve in-stock performance and inventory turnsOwn weekly forecasting and demand planning using Blue Yonder toolsOptimize inventory parameters to balance service levels, efficiency, and obsolescence riskPartner with DC Inventory, Purchasing, Sales, and Branch Operations to prevent and resolve stockoutsTranslate supply chain concepts to non–supply chain stakeholders and deliver inventory trainingLead weekly forecast and inventory review meetingsDrive continuous improvement initiatives across inventory processes, systems, and toolsSupport SKU assortment setup and ongoing maintenanceConduct quarterly in-market visits Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Finance5–7+ years of forecasting and demand planning experienceStrong communication and senior leadership interaction skillsAdvanced analytics and Excel proficiencyExperience with Blue Yonder Demand & Fulfillment planning toolsCustomer-focused mindsetCross-Functional PartnersBuyers, field teams, DC analysts, category management, and marketing
