Title: Director of Business Development — SNF/LTC (DFW + Texas Expansion) Company: Paragon Post Acute Care Location: Dallas/Fort Worth (primary territory) + Texas expansion travelAbout Paragon Paragon partners with SNFs and LTC communities to deliver high-impact physiatry, pain management, and addiction medicine services. We’re growing quickly across Texas and building true, long-term facility partnerships.The Role As Director of Business Development, you will own Paragon’s growth across DFW and Texas expansion markets. You’ll lead the full sales cycle, build high-trust relationships with SNF/LTC decision-makers, and convert opportunities into sustainable contracts while collaborating closely with clinical and operations teams.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and close new SNF/LTC facility partnerships across TexasBuild relationships with administrators, DONs, case managers, and physiciansManage full pipeline in CRM: prospecting → presentation → contract → onboardingSupport service-line expansion and market growth planningProvide weekly/monthly reporting and market intelligence to leadershipEnsure compliant, ethical BD practices aligned with PDPM/managed care realitiesKPIs New contracts • qualified leads • conversion rate • onsite visits • presentations • new revenue • facility satisfactionQualifications Required:3–5+ years healthcare BD/salesDirect SNF/LTC/post-acute experiencePDPM + SNF workflow fluencyTrack record of closing facility partnershipsPreferred:Bachelor’s degreeRN/LVN backgroundExisting Texas post-acute networkTerritory & Travel Field-based role. Primary DFW territory with regional Texas travel for expansion growth.Compensation Competitive base + uncapped performance bonus (“eat what you kill”).
