Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role as a Residential Painter based in San Francisco Bay Area, CA. The Residential Painter will be responsible for executing both interior and exterior painting projects, including surface preparation, applying paint or other finishes, and ensuring a clean and professional result. Duties will also involve collaborating with team members, interpreting architectural drawings, and utilizing specialized techniques like spray painting when necessary. The role emphasizes precision, attention to detail, and delivering high-quality work for residential properties. Qualifications Proficiency in Paint and Painting techniques, ensuring high-quality finishes on various surfacesExperience in Spray Painting and using equipment safely and effectivelyFamiliarity with basic Carpentry skills and the ability to interpret Architectural DrawingsStrong attention to detail and commitment to delivering professional, high-quality workmanshipPhysical stamina to perform manual tasks, including climbing ladders and standing for extended periodsPrior experience in residential painting is an assetGood communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively on projectsValid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred
