Board Certified Behavioral Analyst Part-Time/Contract

Duties: As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing behavior intervention programs for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. Your role will involve working closely with clients, families, and other professionals to provide effective behavioral therapy and support. - Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess individuals' needs and develop appropriate treatment plans - Implement evidence-based behavior intervention programs based on applied behavior analysis principles - Provide direct behavioral therapy services to clients, including individual and group sessions - Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans - Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent implementation of behavior intervention strategies - Provide training and support to parents and caregivers on behavioral techniques and strategies - Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and interventions Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques - Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities - Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral health - Proficient in conducting diagnostic evaluations and developing treatment plans - Ability to collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions - Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, families, and other professionals - Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate documentation of client progress - Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
