With a workforce of 798 employees, 459 physicians, and 86 staffed beds, St. Francis caters to over 115,000 patients each year through a wide range of inpatient, outpatient, and emergency care services.Practice OverviewWe have twelve labor and delivery locations, managing approximately 11,000 deliveries annually, supported by 48 clinics, 112 OB/GYNs, 43 Certified Nurse Midwives, 14 Clinical APRNs, 8 Maternal Fetal Medicine specialists, 5 Urogynecology specialists, and 2 Gynecologic Oncologists.Our facility is equipped with 4 Davinci Xi Robots, allowing for flexibility in practice, especially for those interested in gynecologic surgery. Pay within our ranges may also be influenced by education, experience, skills, location, and internal equity.
