Senior Tax Manager

You will lead client relationships, guide a team of tax professionals, and provide strategic advisory support to a sophisticated client base.Responsibilities:Lead and manage multiple tax engagements for individuals, partnerships, S-corps, and corporations, with a strong emphasis on high-net worth clients.Review complex tax returns and ensure compliance across federal, state, and local jurisdictions.Deliver proactive tax planning, structuring, and advisory services, particularly for clients with trust and estate.Supervise, mentor, and develop tax staff and managers by providing technical guidance and ongoing training.Research complex tax matters and craft strategies to minimize liabilities.Serve as the primary point of contact for key client relationships.Partner with audit and advisory teams to deliver a seamless, comprehensive client experience.Stay current on tax code updates, regulatory changes, and industry trends.Qualifications:CPA required4+ years of public accounting experience with a strong focus on tax.Proven experience working with high-net-worth individuals.Demonstrated ability to manage complex engagements and build strong client relationships.Proficiency with tax research platforms and tax software.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Prior supervisory experience preferred but not required.
