This role involves delivering reliable, production-ready solutions, building secure paved paths, and managing sensitive infrastructure across cloud security, access management, and automation.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, maintain, and improve security tooling, automations, and services.Write production-ready code, infrastructure-as-code (IaC), and technical documentation.Improve security workflows including access controls, cloud guardrails, service hardening, and inbound security requests.Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify gaps and deliver practical security solutions.Troubleshoot production issues, improve runbooks, and maintain system reliability.Contribute to technical designs, project plans, and retrospectives.Leverage AI to accelerate engineering work (prototyping, documentation, code) and operational signals analysis while ensuring data protection and accountability.Job RequirementsExperience in cloud, security, and/or software engineering (building/operating production services or automation).Proficiency in cloud infrastructure and Infrastructure-as-Code (specifically AWS and Terraform).Strong skills in writing, reviewing, and debugging production-quality code with clear documentation.Experience in operational security, platform security, or security engineering (access management, cloud security, service hardening).Ability to work independently on projects with clear goals and communicate progress effectively.Proven ability to use AI tools to improve speed and quality while maintaining rigorous verification practices.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Additional InformationRelocation: Not eligible for relocation assistance.Applicants: US based only.Benefits: Equity eligible; culture and benefits info available on company portal.
