Overview In this role you drive subcontract execution for a high-stakes defense program, reporting to the Global Supply Chain Director for Strategic Missile Defense. You lead a team of Subcontract Program Managers to ensure cost, schedule, and technical performance align with program milestones. By shaping sourcing strategies and managing contractor performance, you help deliver critical system capabilities.
