We’re Hiring: Senior Software Engineer – Python / TypeScriptWe’re hiring for our client for a 3-month remote contractor assignment.Location: USA preferred | Canada | LATAMPay: $70-$90/hour USD (USA/Canada) | $60/hour USD (LATAM)Availability: Minimum 20 hours/week, with 4 hours of overlap with PSTStart: ImmediateKey Requirements:5+ years of experience with Python or TypeScriptStrong experience building/maintaining pipelines and infrastructureHands-on experience with preference data collection and/or rubric creationStrong written and verbal communicationAbility to evaluate quality and clearly explain technical decisionsExperience from Tier 1 companies and/or universities preferredLinkedIn profile is mandatoryMust not currently be working with MicrosoftWhat You’ll Be Doing:Build and maintain Python/TypeScript pipelines and infrastructureCreate and refine rubrics and evaluation criteriaReview preference data and ensure high-quality outputsWork with engineering teams to improve AI evaluation workflowsInterview: One 30-minute technical & cultural discussion
