Production Operator
Overview
Prolink is partnered with a leading manufacturing company in Florence, KY that is looking for a Production Operator to join their growing team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Production Operator will support daily production operations by operating equipment, packaging products, performing quality checks, and maintaining a safe work environment.
Shift:
Multiple shifts available (1st, 2nd, and 3rd)
Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00/hr
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred but not required
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor production equipment according to established procedures
Load materials and remove finished products from production lines
Package, label, and palletize finished products for shipment
Perform visual quality inspections and report any defects
Maintain accurate production records and documentation
Keep work areas clean while following all safety and housekeeping standards
Assist with machine changeovers and basic production support as needed
Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards
