Administrative Assistant

Position Summary:Provide administrative and secretarial support in the planning, implementation, and support of Responsive Education Solutions (ResponsiveEd). Typical responsibilities include compiling, organizing, developing, and reporting information relative to budget, inventory, training, maintenance, and support of operations. Assignments may take on a wide range of responsibilities in several functional areas.Qualifications:Education/Certification* Associates Degree (preferred)Experience4+ years of experience in an office environment2+ years of experience as an Administrative AssistantExperience or familiarity with construction (a plus)Experience or familiarity with real estate (a plus)Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate good judgment and diplomacyBoth Microsoft Office and Google Suite proficiencyAbility to type 40+ wpmExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities effectivelyAbility to maintain effective working relationshipsAbility to edit, proofread, and process official documents in WordAbility to use Excel to build a worksheet for analysisResponsibilities and Duties:Maintain calendars in Google, track deadlines, route incoming calls, organize meetings, and prepare reports, presentations in PowerPoint, and correspondence.Maintain document control procedures.Ability to make phone calls to gather or distribute information.Populate boilerplate contracts for execution in Word.Issue purchase orders using RES Skyward software platformPerform special projects, during and after normal business hours.Preform credit card and other financial reconciliations and adjustments.Maintain inventory lists, order and ensure proper delivery of requested items.Data base input and administration.All other related duties as assigned.Equipment Used:All equipment required to perform jobs duties and task previously described.Physical / Environmental Factors:The physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
