Develop project objectives, project requirements and manage project risk and constraints. You will act as liaison between project stakeholders and coordinates all project deliverables. Primary responsibility for project communications and quality control. Travel to client sites is required as needed.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Work within Cenero's PMO and project framework to coordinate all aspects of assigned project deliverables including:Develop project plan, schedule and milestonesVerify that scope and deliverables match stakeholder requirements and fit within business goalsManage and monitor all project activities according to planCoordinate and distribute project progress updates as required in planCoordinate and schedule all project resources, internal and externalManage and maintain project records, electronic files and database informationEnsure compliance with document management control processesResponsible for managing both local and remote projects (70/30)Maintain and manage project financial plan and budgetReview, approve or escalate contract T&C's as required based on business goalsManage project financial milestonesManage labor expenses for internal resources and subcontractorsCoordinate and complete all potential change ordersMonitor project activities for potential sales opportunitiesManage material deliveries, secure storage, and returnsWhen required, ensure that shipping, delivery and storage documentation is accurate and completeManage and monitor project risk with escalation as requiredEnsure compliance with time tracking and financial recordsManage acceptance testing, sign off and project close-outProvide project leadership and assume ownership of project successAct in accordance with Cenero's core values and professionally manage stakeholder expectationsProvide positive and effective communications to all stakeholdersParticipate in project meetings and site work as required by project planLead project team efficiency using collaboration tools creativelyEnsure that all project resources have complete and accurate information required to fulfill their project roleEnsure that all project deliverables meet or exceed quality standards and are documented within the project quality control processOther duties as assigned.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESCoordinate required activities with internal, external resources.Manage subcontractors and field personnel through the PMO and Operations Management.Does not directly manage personnel.QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree in an appropriate engineering field; or three-to-five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrated technical project management experienceFive or more years of Audio-Visual industry experience, and an in-depth understanding of acoustics, basic electrical and audio-visual systems is expectedWorking knowledge and direct experience with related products and services utilized within projectsExperience dealing with customers and construction contractorsLANGUAGE SKILLSAbility to read, analyze, and interpret the complex documents including product specifications, wiring diagrams, and architectural drawings.Must be proficient in MS Office 365 and business communication tools along with strong communications skills, both written and oral.Ability to respond effectively to sensitive customer inquiries or complaints.MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to comprehend and apply principles of modern algebra and acoustical equations.REASONING ABILITYExcellent communication skills required. Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems.Ability to deal with nonverbal symbolism (formulas, scientific equations, graphs, musical notes, etc.) in its most difficult phases.Ability to deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variables.CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONSApplicable industry certifications and training such as PMP. On-site environments are similar to those inside building construction sites.COMPENSATION TRANSPARENCYThe total on-target earnings could range around $69,500 to $115,750. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within or near that range. Individual pay is determined by different factors, including work experience, geographic location, job-related skills, education level, position specific technical certifications, and additional trainings completed. All health and wellness benefits will begin on Day 1 of employment.
