Storage Shed Installation/Delivery Driver

Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and skilled Delivery/Installation Driver to join our team. As a key member of our delivery operation, you will be responsible for delivering wide loads (up to 16' wide) storage structures to customers in a safe and timely manner. Duties: -Obtain a Class A CDL with a clean driving recorrd - Safely operate a 379 Peterbilt semi and 53' trailer loaded with wide loads (up to 16' wide) - Load and unload storage structures using custom trailer and "Mule" - Navigate through heavy traffic and construction areas while maintaining a safe and courteous driving environment. - Provide excellent customer service by ensuring structures are delivered to the correct location and handling any customer issues or concerns. - Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and ensure all necessary safety equipment is properly secured. - Manage delivery schedules and routes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products. - Perform heavy lifting and other physically demanding tasks as needed. - Operate a manual transmission semi and be comfortable with operating heavy machinery Experience: - Prior experience as a semi driver, preferably in a commercial setting. - Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) and a clean driving record. - Experience with heavy lifting and the use of pallet jacks or forklifts. - Proven customer service skills and the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner. - Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles and experience with operating heavy machinery.
