Job Details:Position: Analytics EngineerLocation: Remote OpportunityDuration: Long-term contractNeed only on W2Job Summary:This is for an Analytics Engineer who through data analytics will be able to define and drive analyses aimed at developing a deep and holistic understanding of business performance, growth drivers, and trends. Deep engagement with business stakeholders at all levels is needed to understand the requirements and develop business/operational dashboards to monitor business performance.To be a strong fit for the role, they need an Analytics Lead with:• 8+ years of experience with quantitative and operational analyses in a supply chain, planning and fulfillment and/or marketing, e-commerce or order management organization• Experience manipulating large data sets to formulate insights and drive solutions• Experience with data warehousing and data visualization tools• Experience with cross-functional teams that develop data pipeline architecture, organizational metrics, insights into problems and sharing levers• Experience with building data models, pipelines, collection, modeling and analysis• A track record of operating independently, delivering results and leading/influencing change through data driven insights• Experience with Python, SQL, Tableau• Experience with CX and/or Post Sales Operations• Experience articulating issues to both technical and non-technical audiences
