Facility is seeking an Urgent Care Physician to join our respected health system- Board-certified in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or a related field required- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM- Outpatient only- Access to state-of-the-art medical equipment and comprehensive resources- Collaborative team of physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)- Consult with patients to assess urgent care needs and determine appropriate treatment plans- Prescribe treatments, therapies, medications, and vaccinations as necessary- Educate patients and families on procedures, test results, and treatment option- Refer patients to specialists when needed- Actively participate in hospital committees and initiatives- Collaborate with and supervise APPs to enhance patient care- Annual Compensation Range: $333,000 - Supervision: $12,000 per year per 1.0 FTE APP- Signing Bonus: up to $30,000- Retention Bonus (beginning at the completion of the 2nd year): up to $30,000 per year- Relocation bonus: Up to $10,000 (based on location)- CA license required
