Technical Sales

4B Components, Ltd. is a global manufacturer of technologically advanced mechanical and electronic industrial components for bulk material handling equipment. The primary function of the Technical Sales Representative will be to support the Material Handling department in the application and sales of mechanical components for bucket elevators and chain conveyors. *Job Duties:* * Assist in selecting suitable components for existing and new applications * Assist customers in troubleshooting existing issues and identifying improvement opportunities * Assist sales team in promoting products in tradeshows and exhibitions * Respond to customer enquiries through quotations, orders and technical support * Process customers’ orders and monitor the sale through to customer receipt * Liaise with shipping department for cost effective and timely shipping methods for specific customer orders *Education/Training:* Experience with industrial sales preferred Mechanically inclined Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Proficiency in AutoCAD a plus Strong interpersonal, verbal & written skills *Personal Characteristics:* * Must enjoy working with people, possess a high level of motivation and a positive attitude toward getting tasks accomplished * Self-motivated to work in a rapidly changing priority environment * Must be detail oriented We offer a competitive salary and a full range of benefits including medical, dental, and 401(k).
