Maintenance
Position Summary
Repairs and maintains machinery, mechanical equipment and facility which includes engines, motors, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, conveyors, production equipment and building equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Scheduled and preventative maintenance on equipment and building
Observes mechanical devices in operation and listens to their sounds to identify the location of their problems
Dismantles and reassembles equipment that is need of repair
Examines form and texture of parts to detect imperfections
Inspects used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements
Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments
Installs new or repairs current defective parts
Installs special functional and structural parts in devices
Lubricates and cleans parts
Starts devices to assure their performance
Sets up and operates various maintenance equipment to repair parts
Tracks work that is performed on equipment
Addresses issues of future needed equipment
Observes all safety policies and procedures including LOTO
Ability to work in excess of 40 hours, as business needs arise
Regular and reliable attendance
Any other task or duty that is deemed necessary by management.

Fast paced environment, requiring adaptation to continuous changes in Company, Customer and People needs
Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, reach with hands and arm’s length, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.

Qualifications
Education & Experience:
GED or High school diploma, preferred
18 years of age or older
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with systems mentioned above
