About us Little Prince of Oregon Nursery is located in Oregon’s Willamette Valley just south of the Portland metro area. We began in 1997 growing groundcovers and shrubs. Over the past 20 years, our product brands have grown to include succulents, ferns, herbaceous perennials, grasses, rare and unusual perennials, tropicals, and recently a new line of unusual houseplants. Within these brands, we have over 2000 varieties! Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will be delivering racked or palletized plants to local and regional nurseries and garden centers When not occupied with driving, will be utilized on the nursery for general labor not limited to but including selecting plants on order, moving plants, planting, helping with projects A willing team player, that will help wherever needed Punctual and reliable Promote a safe work environment while following all safety policies Potential future opportunities to grow within the company Qualifications: Non-CDL Class C Driver's License Clean driving record and no major violations for the last 3 years English required Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred, or has the ability and willingness to learn Forklift certification and experience is a plus Must be authorized to work in the US Physical Requirements: Work long hours as needed, including weekends Some overnight travel may be required with lodging paid for by the company Lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds Continuously stand, sit, walk, bend, kneel, and squat for long periods of time Job Type: Full-time Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 45 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Paid sick time License/Certification: Non-CDL Class C (Required) Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
