Wright-Pierce, an award-winning, multi-discipline environmental engineering firm specializing in water, wastewater and civil infrastructure, is seeking a licensed Civil Lead Project Engineer to join our company.Salary range is $85,000 - $140,000/yr.NOTE: Final salary is based on education, experience, certifications, and location.ResponsibilitiesPerform engineering calculations and complete tasks with minimal supervisionDirect junior engineers in performance of technical tasksPerform technical reviews of civil engineering design documentsEngineering of stormwater management systems, streets, roadways and site improvementsDevelop engineering proposals and presentationsProject managementEssential FunctionsStrong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skillsPersonal organization and time management skillsAble to build strong relationship with co-workersCommitted to continual learningExcellent attention to detailExperience6-10 years of experience in civil engineeringHydraulic modeling software (ie. ICPR; HEC-RAS; HydroCad; SWMM) experienceExperience with Surface water hydrologyExperience with Open channel, gravity pipe, pressure pipe flow hydraulics and pump station designEnvironmental Resource PermittingCertifications* Professional Engineer License requiredEducation* B.S.
