Strategic Sourcing Lead - Labor Services - Hybrid - New Britain, CT

You will lead the Enterprise Labor categories, including Temporary Labor (Light Industrial & Professional) and Recruiting & Relocation, for SBD worldwide.ResponsibilitiesDrive the indirect enterprise labor categories for SBD globally.Develop and implement global sourcing strategies to deliver value in productivity, working capital, service, quality, and innovation.Conduct strategic spend analytics to identify opportunities for value delivery.Manage relationships and set expectations with stakeholders across the organization.Negotiate high-value contracts with key strategic suppliers in collaboration with internal stakeholders.Lead supplier selection and negotiation processes globally for all relevant categories.Track supplier performance within each applicable spend category.Build sustainable business partnerships with internal stakeholders and strategic suppliers.Stay informed of market and industry trends, including technical, risk, and commercial developments.Reduce tail spend by consolidating spend with key preferred strategic suppliers.Qualifications bachelor's degree and 5+ years of strategic sourcing experience in large, matrixed organizations.Experience managing enterprise labor categories (temporary labor, recruiting & relocation, or similar).Proven ability to develop, sell, and implement category strategies and manage complex commercial and contractual negotiations.Proficiency in advanced sourcing techniques, supplier management, market analysis, cost modeling, and financial risk management.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels, including C-level, VP, and Director.BenefitsCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits plan including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k), employee stock purchase plan, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.Access to discounted Stanley Black & Decker tools and partner programs.Opportunities for global career growth across 20+ brands.Continuous learning resources, including a digital learning portal and industry certifications.Inclusive culture with volunteer and sustainability initiatives.Work-life balance support and wellness programs.EEO StatementAll qualified applicants to Stanley Black & Decker are considered for employment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran's status, or any other protected characteristic.
