At ST Engineering MRAS, we are also rapidly augmenting our maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) capabilities leveraging the company’s expanded aircraft nacelle portfolio as well as it’s materials and processing expertise.What YOU Will DoWithin the Program Quality Team, for assigned activities, act as owner and POC for issue resolution for all Quality Assurance aspects of the program.Support customer meetings and follow-up actionsCoordinate cross functional team reviews of rejections and issues to determine whether product is conforming with applicable specifications, including containment of suspect product.Facilitate root cause analysis and action plan closure to correct and prevent recurrencePrepare and submit concession packages in accordance to program requirementsFacilitate return processing and coordination of rework/repair effortsIdentify and facilitate management system improvements to better support program requirementsIn coordination with the integrated program team, be responsive to customer inquiries within a very limited timeframe to ensure product is properly dispositioned and work continues to progress through successful delivery to the customerEliminate process variation and product defects through creative solutionsCapture and analyze data to find trends. Use the data to drive decisionsEffectively prepare communications and presentations to all levels of personnel from operators to senior leadershipParticipate/lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance on-time, quality delivery of productWhat YOU Must Bring To SucceedBachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Manufacturing). Minimum of 1 year of experience in Manufacturing Quality.Ability to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 5-10% of time)This position involves access to export-controlled technology which requires U.S. Person status or government authorization. A ‘U.S. Person,’ as defined by 22 C.F.R.120.62, includes U.S. citizens, U.S. nationals, individuals lawfully admitted for permanent residence (green card holders), and individuals granted asylum or refugee status in the United States. To be considered for this position, you must either be a U.S. Person or fall within a legally recognized export control exception or authorization. ST Engineering MRAS considers several factors with extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates’ key skills, relevant work experience, education/training/certification, job level, and work location.
