#LI On-Site#LI-VB1Knowledgeable with blueprints, sketches and building plans pertaining to type of materialWork within precise limits or standards of accuracy.Prepares layout, using voltage tester, wire strippers, level, pipe benders etc...Terminates panels utilizing LOTOPlan sequence of installation to avoid obstructions and activities of other construction workers.Run cable tray, pulls wire and bend various types of conduit.Understands motor controls and metering.Size branch circuit overcurrent protection devices.Calculate loads for single phase and three-phase branch circuits.Rates information using standards, which can be measured or checked.Reviews and compares differences in the size, shape, and form of lines, figures, and objects.Follow directions, plans, and blueprints.Perform work overhead, beneath structure, and from various other positions as required by working conditions.Make decisions based on measurable criteria.Visualize objects in three dimensions from plans and drawings.Lift and carry objects of varying weights.Detect, recognize and respond to dangerous conditions or situations.Regular attendance is required.Significant travel may be required.Performs other duties as required.Skilled in both written and verbal communication.Complete all Safety and general job training as required by SIC.Observe SIC and Customer safety and quality processes and procedures at all times.Must be able to effectively use all required PPE equipment and lift up to fifty pounds.Must be able to safely access all areas of property, buildings, structures, wharves, rooftops and other elevated positions, as well as, confined spaces.Strenuous physical demands are required to safely perform the essential functions associated with this position.Must be able to safely operate all involved equipment and tools.Must be capable of standing for long periods of time, bending consistently, working in confined spaces with limited access, on ladders, in personnel lifts, in workboats, and working in awkward body positions.Conditions include working in office, shop, busy traffic areas, warehouses, and undeveloped properties, with frequent exposure to dirt, dust, grease, oil, vibrations, and adverse weather conditions.As a leading provider of mechanical and electrical construction, facilities services, and energy infrastructure, we offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package and we are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and success.
