Project Manager I
Responsibilities Under moderate supervision, provides project management oversight and direction to ensure overall success of a limited number of initiatives by developing appropriate project implementation plans to include but not limited to scope, goals, scheduling and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with management. Plans, schedules and tracks project timelines, milestones and deliverables using appropriate tools. Estimates resources and participants needed to achieve project goals and determines the need for additional staff and/or consultants and makes appropriate request for additional personnel. Manages relationships across organization and divisions to develop a thorough understanding of core business functions and align project with overall business objectives. Conducts quality assurance audits in support of project quality plan including project post-mortem assessments and suggests improvements in process and/or procedure. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or related field and two years (2) experience in project management or related field specific to the assigned project(s) and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
