Temporary Inventory Associate

Job Summary:We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Parts Inventory Clerk to support our parts department by counting, verifying, and reconciling inventory. This role is essential to ensuring accurate stock levels and smooth operations within the dealership.Key Responsibilities:Assist in conducting regular physical counts of automotive parts and accessories.Verify part numbers, quantities, and storage locations against inventory records.Identify and report discrepancies or missing items to the Parts Manager.Help maintain organized and labeled stockrooms and shelves.Enter data into inventory management systems as needed.Support restocking, receiving, and tagging incoming parts shipments.Requirements:High school diploma or GED required.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Basic computer and data entry skills.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.Prior experience in automotive parts or inventory is preferred but not required.Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
