Part-time Early Head Start Classroom Support

Part-time supports may be asked to work at any of our classrooms located within the ACS district. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age and have, at a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent for hire. A minimum of a highschool diploma or GED is required for hire and employee must be willing to persure a CDA credential if necessary. Classroom experience preferred. Pay is based on the ACS Educational Assistants pay scale with applicable supplements. Starting pay may be increased for any experience that can be verified and/or if the candidate holds an advanced credential such as a CDA, associate or bachelors degree. *Spanish speaking desired, not required. Part-time: 210 days, 5.5 hours per day, 8am-1:30pm. Salary: Based on the Anderson County Schools' pay scale. Educational Supplements available ranging from $1,000-$7,500.
