Talent Acquisition Specialist

We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Hammond, Indiana.This is a hands-on recruiting role supporting hiring across both hourly and salaried positions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. We’re looking for someone who can actively source candidates, manage full-cycle recruiting, and partner closely with hiring managers to fill roles quickly and effectively.This role is onsite 5 days a week in Hammond, IN.In this role, you will:• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide guidance on candidate selection• Post and manage job requisitions across multiple platforms• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process• Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate data• Support recruiting events, job fairs, and community outreach efforts• Assist in improving recruiting processes and time-to-fillQualifications:• Bachelor’s degree required• 3–5 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience• Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, and corporate roles• Strong sourcing and screening skills• Strong Excel and analytical skills• Strong communication and organizational skillsThis is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on in recruiting and wants to make a direct impact on hiring and workforce growth.If you’re interested or know someone who would be a great fit, feel free to reach out or share with your network.#TalentAcquisition #NowHiring #Recruiting #HRJobs #Manufacturing #Hiring
