Manufacturing Technician

Agricultural equipment manufacturer seeking a full-time Bandsaw & Production Shop Technician to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on manufacturing and takes pride in producing accurate, quality parts. You’ll primarily operate horizontal bandsaws, perform basic drilling operations, and prepare welded components for assembly through deburring and cleanup. Pay: -$23/hr base - Monthly team production output bonus ($1-4/hr) - 2 weeks PTO Responsibilities: - Cut steel tubing, plate, and structural material using horizontal bandsaws - Perform basic drilling, hole preparation, and other simple machining operations - Deburr, grind, clean, and finish welded parts prior to assembly or paint - Read basic drawings and cut lists to produce parts accurately - Package, crate, and prepare finished products for shipment Requirements: - Mechanical or fabrication background preferred - 1+ years experience in production, assembly, or fabrication - Perform basic math and measuring - Valid CA driver's license - Forklift experience a plus (or willing to learn) Bonus if you have: - Experience operating horizontal bandsaws, drill presses, or other metalworking equipment - Background in agricultural or industrial equipment - Experience with hydraulic or electrical assembly - Welding or fabrication experience (grinding, fitting, cutting) Why work with us: We’re a fast-growing equipment company building farming and industrial tools.
