We are looking for a dedicated RN to join our Gastro clinic team and contribute to a supportive and healing environment.$5000 sign on bonus eligibleAt CHI St. Alexius you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. You'll work closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants, ensuring patients and families receive exceptional support and education to promote wellness.What You'll Do:Provide Comprehensive Patient Care: Plan, implement, and evaluate individual patient care plans, ensuring adherence to established protocols and policies.Support Clinic Operations: Prepare patients for visits, document care accurately, and assist clinic staff as needed, including covering absences.Ensure Patient Safety: Uphold infection control, medication administration, and controlled substance regulations.Collaborate Effectively: Foster strong relationships within the healthcare team through clear communication and teamwork.Educate and Empower: Provide essential health education to patients and their families.Adhere to Standards: Practice nursing according to the North Dakota Nurse Practice Act and all regulatory standards.Continuous Growth: Maintain professional competency through ongoing training and cross-training in areas like patient registration, phlebotomy, and waived testing.Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in nursing requiredLicensed to practice nursing in the state of ND or in a compact state Basic life support certifiedWhere You'll WorkSince 1885, CHI St. Alexius Health has been dedicated to leading health care in this region by enriching the lives of patients through the highest quality of care.
