Office Assistant 1

Job Title Duties DescriptionMonitor shared email boxes for correspondence and documentation.Draft well-written email responses to inquiries from students, parents, college administrators and HESC staff regarding award status, issues with documentation, and/or to request additional information.Ensure all documentation is received by the applicable deadline, is complete, includes signatures and meets program requirements.Use databases as needed to validate the student meets the program eligibility criteria and process documentation.Save documents in appropriate shared folders and database.
