Your Responsibilities: Customer Relationships: Build strong connections with internal and external customers, creating "Customers for Life." Support the Team: Assist service professionals with pest control, mosquito treatments, and termite inspections. You'll work on pre- and post-construction termite treatments and monitor termite bait systems. Customer Problem-Solving: Anticipate and address customer needs, providing tailored solutions that ensure ongoing satisfaction. Work Safely and Efficiently: Adhere to safety standards and regulations while operating company equipment and vehicles. Apply pest control products in compliance with label standards. Collaborate for Excellence: Partner with internal teams like customer service, sales, and management to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
