If you want to work for a company that values your contributions and supports your growth, we would like to meet you.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality, service-focused support in person, by phone, via chat, or email to both onsite and remote end usersTroubleshoot problem areas promptly and accurately, providing end-user assistance as neededResolve complex issues and collaborate with other teams to identify root causes and solutionsInstall, diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade PC hardware and equipment to ensure optimal workstation performanceDocument incidents, problems, requests, and tasks in Corients ITSM systemEscalate critical incidents to management as necessaryPerform day-to-day operational activities related to inventory, shipping and receiving IT hardwareWork independently while being a collaborative team member committed to team successFollow standard operating procedures for processes and documentationAvailability to work after hours or on weekends as requiredTravel may be required (up to 10%)Required QualificationsAssociate degree (or equivalent proven industry experience)3-4 years of experience in deskside support with a focus on end-user servicesStrong problem-solving, analytical and customer service skillsExperience troubleshooting and installing laptops, printers, and mobile devicesProficiency with Windows 11Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as OneDrive, SharePoint, Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word and PowerPointExperience with ticketing and incident management platforms, for managing user requests and escalationKnowledge of networking fundamentals and remote support toolsPreferred QualificationsA+ Certification (Highly Preferred)Bachelor's degreeExperience with Active Directory administrationExperience with Citrix and RingCentralExperience with cloud printing solutions such as Printix or PapercutExperience with Video Conference and Collaboration technologiesExperience working with Active DirectoryMicrosoft MCP Certifications.This position description is intended to provide a general overview of the expectations and responsibilities of this position and may not include all tasks that may be assigned.
