Trade Installation Apprentice

*Job Summary* We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trade Installation Apprentice to join our team. This entry-level position offers on-the-job training in the installation of bathroom accessories, glass products, and related construction tasks. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, work safely, and contribute to both residential and commercial projects. Join a team that values professionalism, teamwork, and a family-like environment as you develop your skills in the trade. *Responsibilities* * Assist with the installation of bathroom accessories such as grab bars, mirrors, toilet partitions, shelving, and other related products. * Support the installation of glass and other construction-related items following blueprint specifications. * Measure spaces accurately using tape measures and perform layout work for precise installations. * Read and interpret blueprints to ensure correct placement and adherence to project plans. * Properly use hand tools and power tools to complete installation tasks efficiently and safely. * Work safely on job sites by following all safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment. * Contribute to completing both commercial and residential projects effectively while maintaining quality standards. * Collaborate with experienced personnel for on-the-job training, gaining valuable skills in construction and installation practices. * Maintain professionalism on-site, ensuring a neat appearance and respectful interaction with team members and clients. *Requirements* * Basic familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in construction or installation work. * Experience or interest in construction activities is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided. * Ability to use a tape measure proficiently for measurements and layout tasks. * Comfortable working at heights using ladders safely when required for installations. * Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow blueprints accurately. * Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from experienced team members. * Commitment to working safely and maintaining a professional attitude on job sites.
