Your leadership will drive the success of our homecare services by fostering a positive team environment and ensuring operational excellence.ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily homecare branch operations, including staffing, scheduling, and service deliveryOversee medical office management functions such as patient records, billing, and documentation using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems like Epic or eClinicalWorksEnsure compliance with healthcare regulations including HIPAA and JCAHO standards while maintaining patient confidentiality and safetyManage fiscal responsibilities including budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation to optimize branch performanceLead human resources activities such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development for nursing, medical administrative support, and caregiving teamsCollaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate acute care, managed care plans, utilization management, and other clinical servicesUtilize clinical management systems like Dentrix or Eaglesoft to streamline office workflows and improve patient experienceRequirementsRequirementsProven supervising experience in a healthcare or medical office environment with strong leadership skillsExtensive medical office experience including clinic or dental office management; familiarity with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or eClinicalWorks is highly preferredKnowledge of healthcare management practices including HIPAA compliance, medical terminology, medical records management, and practice management softwareStrong fiscal management skills encompassing budgeting, financial oversight, and resource planningExperience in nursing or acute care settings is advantageous; veterinary or hospital experience is a plus but not requiredExcellent communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectivelyAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detailJoin us at Silver Lining where your leadership can make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.
