Field Technician

Field TechnicianThe Technician position supports the branch, and client, in service projects and all repair of industrial equipment needs. This position ensures that all rental equipment repair and service project needs of the branch are conducted in an efficient, accurate, and timely manner. This role provides a great opportunity to learn and grow within our service department and beyond.Primary duties include:Testing and repairing equipment by travelling to the location of the customerProviding troubleshooting as well performing installation of equipmentAttending to the needs of the customer whenever requiredPerforming the confirmation that the equipment is functionalSometimes they have to provide telephone support to the customer in order to perform troubleshootingProviding onsite services for individuals as well as organizationsEnsuring that the equipment on which they have performed troubleshooting are in proper working conditionOther projects or duties as assigned by managementEducation, knowledge, competencies and skills required:Preferably, have a high School degree or equivalentMinimum of 2 years experience working on equipment & working in refinery/petrochemical facilitiesTWIC Card requiredMust have ability to maintain safe, organized and clean working environmentMust be able to multi-task and work on many different projects at one timeMust be able to work independently, and in a team environment, to prioritize and accomplish assigned projects.Must be able to stand, sit, and kneel for long periods of time in all weather conditionsMust be able to frequently lift 50+ lbs.4 Horn Industrial is an Equal Opportunity company.
