Commission-Based Sales Representatives – Craft Spirits Distribution We are seeking experienced and self-motivated sales representatives with prior liquor sales or beverage industry experience to join our growing craft spirits distribution company. This is a commission-based position with high earning potential and flexible scheduling, ideal for individuals who thrive in independent, results-driven roles. Territories Available: Palm Springs San Diego Central and Northern California Ventura County Key Responsibilities: Identify and target high-end liquor stores, specialty markets, bars, and restaurants within your assigned territory Secure new accounts and grow distribution of our premium craft spirits portfolio Build and maintain strong relationships with account decision-makers Represent the company and our partner brands professionally at all times Provide regular updates and feedback on sales activity and market conditions Occasionally support in-store tastings or promotional events as needed Compensation & Benefits: Monthly commission-based pay with unlimited earning potential Performance-based bonuses and incentives offered by brand owners Flexible schedule and self-directed territory management Selected benefits available for top-performing or qualified candidates Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in liquor, wine, or beverage sales Strong knowledge of the on- and off-premise alcohol industry Established contacts within the hospitality or retail beverage sectors is a plus Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills Must be 21+ with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation This is a great opportunity for motivated professionals who are passionate about craft spirits and want the freedom to grow their own book of business.
