Job Description Warehouse AssociateSchedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PMPay: $20/hour + OvertimeWe are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in inventory accuracy and order fulfillment by operating a swing reach truck, supporting order selectors, and maintaining organized warehouse stock.If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in accuracy and efficiency, we'd love to hear from you!What You'll Do:Must lift 80 lbsPick orders, band pallets, and load/unload trucks using manual and electric pallet jacksPerform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory auditsTrack and update inventory in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and qualityOrganize and maintain clean, efficient stock locationsCommunicate inventory discrepancies to management promptlyFollow all safety procedures to maintain a safe work environmentWhat We're Looking For:Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse settingBasic computer skills for inventory trackingPrevious warehouse or inventory experience preferredForklift, swing reach, or order picker experienceReliable attendance and strong work ethic#FLWA4
