Senior Conversational/Agentic AI StrategistFCB Health | Agentic AI PracticeOverview:The FCB Health Agentic AI team designs and deploys enterprise-grade agentic AI solutions for pharmaceutical brands across the Omnicom Health network. We operate as an entrepreneurial, high-impact team partnering with agencies, clients, and technical experts to build and evolve AI agents that transform engagement across patients, caregivers, HCPs, and field teams. We are seeking a Senior Agentic AI Strategist who operates at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and commercialization. This is a hybrid builder–operator–educator role—not traditional account management and not purely technical. You will guide clients from early education and opportunity identification through solution design, deployment, and optimization within our proprietary Agentic AI framework. This role requires business acumen, intellectual curiosity, comfort with ambiguity, and a willingness to wear multiple hats. Strategy & Solution DesignPartner with team leadership to shape agentic AI use cases aligned to brand, omnichannel, and lifecycle objectives.Translate business challenges into scalable agent architectures using our proprietary framework.Assist in conversational design, content audits, and content development.Collaborate closely with team engineers to define solution blueprints and success metrics.Ensure alignment with MLR, regulatory, privacy, and IT/security standards from inception.2. Evangelism & EnablementServe as a team representative across the network and with clients.Develop and deliver executive-ready presentations, workshops, and training.Advance responsible, compliant, and commercially viable AI adoption in pharma,.3. Commercialization & GrowthIdentify expansion opportunities within existing clients and support new business efforts.Contribute to RFP responses, pitch strategy, and solution scoping.Position AI offerings as outcome-driven and measurable.Help evolve and productize our framework to drive scalable revenue growth.4. Deployment & OptimizationOversee implementation in collaboration with engineering and platform teamsDefine KPIs tied to engagement quality, operational efficiency, and business impact.Analyze performance and iterate on agent behavior, orchestration, and workflows.Drive continuous improvement across deployments.5. Governance & Responsible AISupport development of documentation and processes for compliance, risk mitigation, and data governance.Ensure ethical application of generative and agentic AI in regulated healthcare environments.Contribute to internal best practices and standardsWhat This Role Is (and Is Not)This is an entrepreneurial role within a global network.
